Opening times
Finance Office: Mon- Thurs 8-4pm, Fri 8-3.30pm
Finance Front Desk: Mon- Fri Break (10.40-11.00) & Lunch time (12.40-13.15)
These times at the front desk are primarily to deal with students' catering issues.
Finance role
Responsible for all financial aspects of the school, which includes the payment of
School trips, music tuition fees and the cash-less catering swipe card system.
Payments
All cheques should be made payable to 'Mount Grace School' and placed in the finance box adjacent to reception. On the back of all cheques the following should be highlighted:
- Purpose of cheque e.g. 'catering', 'Geography field trip'
- Student's name and form.
